Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship to every state and territory in Australia. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are, and anything over $150 ships free.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery usually takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Every order includes tracking, so you can follow it from dispatch all the way to your door.
Can I purchase refills separately?
Of course. Every product in our kits is also sold on its own, including bacteriostatic water, syringes, alcohol wipes and sharps containers. Refill packs come in 20, 50 and 100 counts, so you can stock up at the pace that suits you.
Ordering three or more of the same item brings 15% off automatically at checkout.
What is bacteriostatic water?
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol added to keep bacteria from growing. It's commonly used for reconstituting peptides and similar preparations. We stock both 3mL and 10mL vials.
Unlike plain sterile water, it can be used more than once from the same vial, which makes it a practical choice for ongoing use.
What is the bundle discount?
Order three or more of the same product in one order and 15% comes off that item. It's applied automatically at checkout, no code needed, and it stacks with any other promotions we're running.
Do your products come in discreet packaging?
Always. Orders arrive in plain, unmarked packaging, with no branding or product details on the outside. What's inside is your business, not the courier's.
Can I return a product?
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us at hello@prepessentials.com.au and we'll sort it out quickly.
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
