Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship to all states and territories across Australia. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 2–7 business days.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes, all orders include tracking information so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to doorstep.
Can I purchase refills separately?
Absolutely. Every product in our kits is available individually — bacteriostatic water, syringes, alcohol wipes and sharps containers. Refill packs come in 20, 50 and 100-count options so you can stock up at the level that suits you.
Ordering 3 or more of the same item triggers an automatic 15% bundle discount at checkout.
What is bacteriostatic water?
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water that contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol to inhibit bacterial growth. It is commonly used for reconstituting peptides and similar preparations. We stock both 3mL and 10mL vials.
Unlike regular sterile water, bacteriostatic water can be used multiple times from the same vial, making it more practical for ongoing use.
What is the bundle discount?
When you order 3 or more of the same product in a single order, you receive 15% off that item. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. It stacks with any other promotions we might be running.
Do your products come in discreet packaging?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product descriptions on the outside. Your privacy matters to us.
Can I return a product?
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at hello@prepessentials.com.au and we will sort it out promptly.
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
